Kaohsiung is hosting an upgraded celebration at Weiwuying National Park from October 30 to November 1. The festival also features performances from children’s media brands and a creative market with over 250 stalls. In Keelung, Deputy Mayor Chiu Pei-lin led a Halloween parade for children from the Keelung City Disability Welfare Service Center to enhance social participation and provide a safe festive experience.

Large-scale celebrations also occurred in New Taipei City and Hsinchu County. The “2026 Fuzhong What the Hell” event in New Taipei City featured a parade with over 100 creative costume groups and a costume competition with prizes totaling 200,000 TWD.
