Hanoi authorities have implemented several traffic management measures to accommodate various infrastructure projects in the city.

In August 2026, the Hanoi Department of Construction announced adjustments to Nghi Tam Road to facilitate the construction of the Tu Lien Bridge and its connecting approach roads. These measures included the implementation of a one-way temporary road to manage vehicles traveling toward Au Co Road and Nhat Tan Bridge.

Fixed-route passenger buses from My Dinh, Yen Nghia, or Son Tay stations will temporarily reroute via Pham Van Dong, Tan Xuan, An Duong Vuong, and Nhat Tan Bridge.
