The ‘Mentores da Inovação’ (Mentors of Innovation) program, a partnership between healthcare group Hapvida and Ninna Hub, received recognition as one of the ten best open innovation cases at the 5th Latin American Congress of Open Innovation Cases.

Selected from over 650 entries, the initiative was designed to connect large corporations with the startup ecosystem by training executives to engage with innovative businesses. The program involved executives from 18 Brazilian states. During its practical phase, the initiative facilitated 245 mentoring sessions with 40 different startups, generating 824 pieces of structured feedback and certifying 48 leaders as mentors.
