The Hell’s Kitchen culinary franchise is marking its 25th season with new developments in both television and international restaurant operations.

In the United States, the Fox reality series is premiering a season featuring contestants aged 25 or younger. Gordon Ramsay has described the Gen Z competitors as ‘bloody talented,’ and executive producer Arthur Smith noted that culinary talent has risen as more individuals pursue the profession through culinary school. The winner of the competition will receive a $250,000 prize and a position at a Hell’s Kitchen restaurant in Connecticut. The anniversary season is expected to include retrospective elements, such as appearances by celebrity guests and former winners.

Season 25 has officially commenced at the Foxwoods Resort and Casino with 18 contestants. Following a Signature Dish Challenge where the blue team narrowly secured a victory, Ramsay introduced a new element by providing contestants with their menu books early to prepare them for upcoming training. 

Simultaneously, the franchise is expanding its presence in London. Michelle Tribble, winner of season 17, is scheduled to participate in a special event at the Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen London at The Cumberland Hotel. On October 17, Tribble will collaborate with the local culinary team to create a three-course menu centered around a single mystery ingredient for a live dinner service.
