Skoda Transtech has requested the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (KKV) to halt the tram procurement process for Helsinki and Vantaa. Skoda Transtech reported its offer was €264 million, whereas Stadler’s proposal reached €332 million, which exceeds the project budget. The dispute also involves a decision by the authority to increase the maximum contract price by €60.9 million.
