The Herceg Novi Strip Festival (HSF) ‘Comic in a Bottle’ initiative, which launched on September 8, has seen multiple successful recoveries of artistic messages in the sea.

On September 30, a bottle containing a comic work by artist Selene Danilović was recovered in Monticelli, Italy, by a swimmer from South Africa. This marked the fifteenth recovery under the program, a tradition established seven years ago to symbolically connect different cultures and shores through art.

Following this, a second bottle containing a drawing by Italian artist Luana Vecchio was discovered near Marina di Ostuni in the Puglia region of Italy. The finder, Anja Koster, expressed gratitude to the HSF organizers regarding the discovery.
