In Cluj-Napoca, a symbolic building at Mihai Viteazu Square No. 17 is also seeking a new owner. The site is noted for a clock stopped at 12:07 on December 22, 1989, to commemorate the flight of Nicolae Ceaușescu during the Romanian Revolution.
