The Ho Chi Minh City Fatherland Front Committee, working with the Ho Chi Minh City Radio and Television Station, held an art exchange program titled ‘Towards the Fatherland’s Borders, Seas, and Islands’. 

The event raised more than 55.1 billion VND for the ‘For the Homeland’s Seas and Islands - For the Fatherland’s Frontline’ Fund. These funds are designated to support residents, officials, and soldiers in maritime regions and border areas. According to Trương Thị Bích Hạnh, Standing Vice Chairwoman of the Ho Chi Minh City Fatherland Front Committee, the resources assist with combat training facilities and living standards in locations such as the Truong Sa archipelago, the Southwest sea, and DK1 platforms.
