This initiative aims to mitigate risks associated with oversized or improperly equipped cargo transport. During the first half of 2026, the Hang Xanh Traffic Police Unit alone processed 2,729 cases involving self-made or unsafe vehicles and confiscated 269 unregistered three-wheeled vehicles.
