The ‘Hocus Pocus’ film franchise continues to maintain cultural relevance decades after its 1993 release. While the original film initially saw modest box-office performance, the cast—including Bette Midler, Kathy Najimy, and Sarah Jessica Parker—has built a dedicated following that treats the movie as a seasonal staple.

Following a 2022 reunion for a sequel, recent social media activity from Bette Midler has fueled further speculation regarding a third installment. Midler shared an image of the Sanderson sisters' silhouettes with the caption, “Sisssstaaaahs…prepare thyselves. ‘Tis time.” Although Disney has confirmed that ‘Hocus Pocus 3’ is in development, the post has not officially provided production updates or release dates.
