In the İnegöl district of Bursa, a 70-year-old landlord, Enver Ayaz, was arrested for the intentional killing of his tenant, Kılıçhan Şahin. The incident reportedly stemmed from a dispute over a shared storage area. 

Following a physical altercation in which Ayaz sustained a head injury, the landlord allegedly fired a shotgun from his balcony, striking Şahin in the chest. Şahin died after being transported to İnegöl State Hospital. Ayaz was formally arrested on charges of intentional homicide after receiving medical treatment for a suspected brain hemorrhage.
