The European Union has pledged 6,615,000 lempiras to support the final design of this policy. Building on these industrial goals, the country is also prioritizing infrastructure and trade expansion. The Honduran Chamber of Construction Industry (CHICO) and Cementos del Norte (Cenosa) scheduled an Infrastructure Forum to identify priority projects in the Sula Valley, including road improvements and flood control.
