Technical Director Renato Ferrari has countered media reports by providing footage of empty hallways, clarifying that wait times are related to patient flow rather than patients waiting for hospitalization in corridors. He noted that the facility performs five to six transfers daily to other health units and that surges in demand often occur during the early morning and late afternoon.
