In Morelos, Mexico, Grupo Autofín México has launched the Mi Mesa Training Center. The initiative is designed to professionalize hospitality services and provide young people with the tools necessary to enter the labor market.

The program specifically targets the growing demand within the wedding and meetings tourism sector. Governor Margarita González Saravia noted that the region, including Cuernavaca, hosts approximately 200 weddings per week during peak seasons.

Training will be provided free of charge through a combination of online content and in-person practices for university students, with a focus on service and attention for events. To assist with employment, the program includes transportation to help trained personnel move to various locations across the country.
