Following the October 9, 2026, release of the Pura 90s series in Poland—which included the Pura 90s Pro and Pro Max models—Huawei has officially opened pre-orders for the Pura 90 Plus in China, with formal sales scheduled for October 28.

While earlier leaks suggested a flat display, the Pura 90 Plus will instead feature a 6.8-inch 1.5K LTPO quad-curved OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, marking a design departure from the flat screens used in the standard, Pro, and Pro Max models. The device is expected to be the first to utilize the Kirin 9025 processor, which reportedly offers a 19% performance improvement over the Kirin 9020 found in the previous Pura 80 Pro. It will run on HarmonyOS 7.

The smartphone maintains a heavy focus on photography. Technical details emerging from retail display units indicate a 50MP main sensor with a 1-inch RYYB sensor and variable aperture technology. Additional hardware may include a 40MP ultrawide-angle lens and a 48MP f/2.1 aperture ultra-macro periscope telephoto sensor.

Available in four colors—Purple Sunset, Dawn Gold, Snowy White, and Obsidian Black—the device will offer 12GB of RAM with storage options of 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB. Pre-order incentives include discounts, interest-free installment plans, and various digital memberships.
