Humanitarian organizations have been conducting relief operations to support displaced populations in Yemen. The Yemen Red Crescent, in partnership with the International Committee of the Red Cross, distributed food baskets and shelter materials to 119 displaced families in Al Mahrah to address basic needs caused by armed conflict.

Expanding these efforts, the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre has focused on water security and food assistance in Aden, Lahj, and Abyan. These operations include the distribution of potable water, water containers, and food baskets, alongside agricultural workshops in Socotra intended to enhance food security.
