The Hyderabad real estate market has seen significant growth through high-value government land auctions in the Raidurg IT corridor. 

In late August 2026, the Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC) conducted e-auctions for land in the Redurga/Raidurg area. An initial auction of 5.25 acres generated 1,386 crore rupees, with a single acre selling for 264 crore rupees—a price 50.9 percent higher than the reserve price. 

Within the same week, TGIIC conducted additional auctions for 10.63 acres of land, totaling 2,833.22 crore rupees. One 5.38-acre plot sold for 1,447.22 crore rupees at a rate of 269 crore rupees per acre, representing a 52.3 percent premium over the reserve price. TGIIC officials attributed these record-breaking results to investor confidence, strategic infrastructure, and the state government’s investor-friendly policies.
