Cultural and musical ties between Spain and Ibero-American nations are being highlighted through various performances and industry recognition.

In Cuba, artists are celebrating cultural heritage and Spanish musical influence. Scheduled events include a program at the University of Colima exploring the impact of Spanish and Gypsy music on composers, as well as a recital in Havana by singer-songwriter Lester Lez to mark National Culture Day.
