U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has conducted targeted operations to arrest foreign nationals with alleged gang affiliations. In late summer 2026, an enforcement operation near Lewisville Lake in North Texas resulted in 121 arrests, including two individuals identified as members of the transnational gang Tren de Aragua.

By mid-October 2026, ICE reported arresting 131 individuals with alleged gang ties during a single week. These detainees included 22 individuals affiliated with MS-13 and 13 members of Tren de Aragua.
