This campaign reportedly involves doxxing, online harassment, and the recruitment of hackers to extract sensitive personal data—such as bank details and physical locations—to incite fear among Indian citizens and security personnel. Following these warnings, Indian security agencies have expanded investigations into foreign interference during domestic social media protests. Intelligence assessments suggest that over 5,000 accounts, suspected to be operated from Pakistani cities including Rawalpindi and Islamabad, have been used to spread misinformation regarding the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) movement and protests against electoral roll revisions.
