In late July 2026, Indonesia hosted two high‑profile golf events. The D’CHAMP Charity Golf Tournament at Riverside Golf Club in Depok attracted 157 participants from business, government and the golf community, with proceeds earmarked for youth golf development and support for pesantren. Chinese golfer Andi Xu secured the individual title with a total score of 195, finishing one stroke ahead of Australia’s Darcy Brereton. The event aimed to provide Indonesian amateurs with professional competitive experience and strengthen Indonesia’s position as an international golf destination in Asia.
