The Indonesian National Police (Polri) has launched a new institutional direction centered on community engagement. Under the direction of National Police Chief General Suyudi Ario Seto, the force introduced the tagline ‘Polisi Bersama Masyarakat’ (Police Together with the Community) to promote a service-oriented approach, professionalism, and accountability.

To commemorate the 75th anniversary of the Indonesian National Police Public Relations (Humas Polri), regional departments have conducted various social welfare activities. These include distributing food packages and financial assistance to orphanages in Banggai, Madiun, and South Sumatra, as well as organizing blood donation drives and health services in Gorontalo. These actions align with the anniversary theme, ‘75 Years of Humas Polri: Police Together with the Community, Maintaining Polri's Reputation.’

Expanding on these outreach efforts, police leaders have also engaged in religious-based community programs to promote public order. In Banten, Deputy Police Chief Brigjen Pol Zain Dwi Nugroho participated in Friday prayers to urge citizens to maintain harmony, avoid hoaxes, and stay away from drugs and online gambling. Similarly, in Gorontalo, Deputy Police Chief Brigjen Pol Dedy Suhartono attended dawn prayers at an Islamic boarding school to encourage discipline and promote the use of the 110 Call Center for reporting security issues.
