# Indonesian teacher education accreditation achievements

Universitas Negeri Gorontalo (UNG) and Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Surabaya (Unusa) have received ‘Unggul’ (Excellent) accreditation from the Independent Education Accreditation Agency (LAMDIK) for their teacher training programs.

At UNG, the Teacher Professional Education (PPG) program earned the highest accreditation status, which Rector Prof. Dr. Ir. Eduart Wolok stated reflects a commitment to producing professional educators. 

Unusa’s Master’s Program in Basic Education also achieved ‘Unggul’ status with a score of 333. Program Chair Prof. Muslimin and Dean Dr. Nafiah noted that the three year accreditation will serve as motivation to improve academic governance, research productivity, and the preparation of adaptive educators.
