The Industrial Development Agency (ARP) is searching for an investor to develop a new production and warehouse facility within the Euro-Park Mielec Special Economic Zone in Poland. 

Utilizing a build-to-suit (BTS) model, the project will offer customized technical solutions tailored to a future tenant. The development, situated near the Mielec airport, will include infrastructure such as internal roads, parking, and maneuvering areas. The ARP has prepared two preliminary design variants, targeting sectors including aviation, logistics, automotive, and metalworking. Construction is estimated to take approximately two years following the securing of an investor and contract signing.
