Industrial development is expanding in the Czech Republic through significant new projects in Krnov and Přerov.

In Krnov, the company Egibi has started construction on a new production and warehouse facility in the Červený dvůr industrial zone. The one-hectare site will focus on carpentry, flooring production, and related accessories, with a projected completion date by the end of 2030 and the creation of up to 40 jobs.

In Přerov, RC Europe has secured a building permit for the RC Zone Přerov industrial park. Valued at over three billion CZK, the development is located near the D1 highway and will consist of three modern manufacturing halls covering approximately 50,000 square meters. Construction is slated to begin in October, with the first spaces expected to be available for tenants by summer 2027.
