The İnegöl Municipality is advancing several urban development and green space projects in Turkey. 

Construction is underway for the İnegöl Millet Bahçesi, a 451,800 square meter green space located on the Boğazköy Dam shoreline. Upper-structure work has commenced, including the installation of example pavilions, with a target public opening in 2027. This project is part of a larger municipal goal to establish one million square meters of new green area in the region.

Additionally, the municipality has broken ground on the Botanik Nikah ve Etkinlik Salonları (Botanic Wedding and Event Halls) within Botanik Park. The facility will include three halls with varying capacities, a Gastro Cafe, and a parking lot for 317 vehicles. Designed to serve as a hub for cultural and educational activities, the center is expected to be completed by the summer of 2027 while preserving the park’s existing tree structure.
