Knorr-Bremse AG has established a long-term strategic partnership with Infosys to accelerate the AI-driven transformation of its business processes through the Tech4Value program. 

Under this agreement, Infosys will provide end-to-end managed services for the company’s entire enterprise application landscape, covering both the Rail and Commercial Vehicle divisions. The scope includes responsibility for core SAP systems, data platforms, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems. 

A central element of the modernization involves integrating generative and agentic artificial intelligence via the Infosys Topaz platform. This initiative seeks to transition from traditional human-led service teams toward an AI-driven operational model where autonomous agents can detect and resolve system disruptions to increase reliability and flexibility.
