# Infrastructure and revitalization in Jihlava

The city of Jihlava has initiated several urban development and infrastructure projects. The municipal government approved a 50 million CZK investment for the revitalization of the Sídliště I residential area, specifically targeting sections near the Erbenova kindergarten. This project, which aims to modernize greenery, sidewalks, parking, and water management, is expected to be supplemented by 40 million CZK in European subsidies.

Additionally, the city completed the construction of the R08 cycling path, a 61.5 million CZK project connecting Jihlava, Pávov, and Střítež. Supported by the Ministry for Regional Development and the European Union, the path includes a bridge over the Zlatý potok stream and protective walls to improve cyclist safety and promote sustainable transport.
