The Province of Ancona has announced the imminent reopening of the Coppetto Bridge, which connects the municipalities of Ostra and Ostra Vetere. The infrastructure has been out of service since the floods that impacted the Valmisa and Senigallia regions on September 15, 2022.

Local authorities described the bridge as a “symbol of the territory’s reconstruction,” noting that the reopening is intended to restore local mobility. This project is part of a larger infrastructure program that includes the planned inauguration of the Trecastelli Bridge by mid-2027.
