The restaurant commerce platform inKind has significantly expanded its financial resources and consumer offerings. The company secured $414 million in an oversubscribed second financing tranche, bringing its total capital raised to over $1.2 billion. This funding, led by Citi and Cross River, is intended to deploy more than $1 billion in growth capital to approximately 10,000 restaurants over the following year.
