In late October 2026, Rome hosted a series of institutional, economic, and cultural ceremonies. Recognition events included the Premio Eccellenza 2026, which honored various leaders in journalism, sociology, and business, such as William Munzone, Francesco Macrì, Gaetano Intrieri, and Sebastiano Caffo. The ceremony also recognized the Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Italy, Ermek Omuraliev, and several sports champions.

During this period, the Fondazione Artemisia ETS, led by President Mariastella Giorlandino, was received by the Pope to highlight work regarding human dignity and healthcare for vulnerable populations, specifically women victims of violence and stalking. The foundation operates through the Artemisia Lab network to provide clinical services and community health screenings.

Subsequent events included the third Italian Political Awards at University Luiss, which recognized parliamentarians for their work in European security, defense modernization, and industrial transition. Other notable recognitions included the sixth Minerva Prize for female managerial excellence at the Ara Pacis. In the business sector, the Forum Sostenibilità 2026 awarded the Sustainable Enterprise Prize to SMEs integrating environmental and social goals, while the Walk the Talk initiative addressed fiscal policy and global competitiveness.
