Search and rescue operations for missing individuals have been reported across various regions, involving both long-term disappearances and recent accidents.

In earlier reports, search efforts for Jeshua Cisneros at the Santa Bárbara River were concluded after two months of operations, though his family continues to seek him. Additionally, concerns were raised regarding the disappearance of teenager Treysi Carranza Goicochea in Cajamarca, following conflicting digital tracking information.

More recent developments include an extensive multi-domain search in Chile for diver Carlos Aquea using naval aircraft and underwater robots. In Costa Rica, the body of 18-year-old Daniel Cubero Montero was recovered after he was swept away by a waterfall current.
