Various international dining venues are introducing new culinary offerings and upcoming openings.

In Dubai, The Eatery at Paus is transitioning from a daytime café to an evening destination with an Italian-inspired menu featuring shared plates and house-made pasta. Additionally, Atelier Kū is scheduled to open this December in the DIFC, offering haute cuisine and a Hi-Fi bar.

In Sydney, the restaurant Aalia has launched a new menu under Executive Chef Adam Wolfers, focusing on Middle Eastern and North African cuisine through fire-led cooking techniques. 

In Denver, the Paired Hospitality team plans to open Holm, an American bistro, this October, which will feature a hyperseasonal menu centered on Colorado produce.
