Claims suggest Nacar may have gained 20 billion TL through a fund linked to his partnership in E-Data Teknoloji Pazarlama AŞ. Reports indicate that following a transfer of a 63.85% stake in the company in August 2026, Nacar and two other partners each hold a 21.28% share. 

Nacar, a former parliamentary candidate for the AK Party, has denied the allegations. Through his lawyers, he issued a statement on October 4, 2026, asserting that “no judicial action has been taken against him and no formal charges have been filed.”
