Ipswich Town has completed two significant transfers from RC Strasbourg. The club signed 20-year-old Ivorian Abdoul Ouattara, a versatile player capable of playing as a full-back, wing-back, or wide midfielder, on a five-year contract for approximately €20 million. 

Additionally, Ipswich Town secured Paraguayan attacking midfielder Julio Enciso on a five-year deal lasting until June 2031. The transfer for the 22-year-old is valued at over €30 million including bonuses. Enciso had previously played for Ipswich Town on loan from Brighton during the 2024-2025 season. 

Combined, these transactions are expected to generate up to €50 million in revenue for Strasbourg.
