iRacing has announced its 2026 Season 4 update, scheduled to launch on September 15, 2026. The update includes several new vehicle additions, specifically the Gen 4 Grand National stock car, the Aston Martin Valkyrie AMR-LMH, and two Caterham models (Academy and 420R).

The Gen 4 Grand National is described as a 358 cubic-inch V8 vehicle designed to be lighter and less powerful than Gen 4 Cup cars. Additionally, the Mazda MX-5 is undergoing a complete re-engineering “from bumper to bumper” to improve physics, suspension, and aerodynamics. 

Beyond vehicles, the update expands single-player capabilities with eight AI-enabled cars and 19 new track layout unlocks. The platform is also providing reconstructed versions of Road America, Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, and The Milwaukee Mile using updated laser scan data.
