IsoEnergy Ltd. has entered into a definitive agreement with DISA Technologies to establish DISA Uranium Corporation, a technology-enabled U.S. uranium company. The partnership aims to bolster domestic uranium supplies to meet increasing demand for secure nuclear fuel.

Under the terms of the deal, IsoEnergy contributed its Utah-based project portfolio—comprising the Tony M, Daneros, Rim, Sage Plain, and Flatiron projects—to the new entity. In exchange, IsoEnergy received approximately 1.68 million shares of common stock, establishing it as the largest shareholder with a roughly 33% stake on a fully diluted basis.

The new corporation intends to combine IsoEnergy’s permitted and past-producing conventional mines with DISA’s proprietary high-pressure slurry ablation (HPSA) technology. To support these operations, DISA Uranium closed a US$105 million private placement financing involving several participants, including Tembo Capital, BHP Ventures, and Halliburton Labs, with IsoEnergy contributing US$33 million to the round.
