Various Alpini groups in Italy are organizing commemorative events to mark significant anniversaries.

The Gruppo Alpini di San Biagio di Callalta, part of the ANA Treviso section, scheduled a three-day program for its 90th anniversary. The festivities include a book presentation, a theatrical performance, a concert, a parade, and the inauguration of a monument to the fallen.

In Verona, the Alpini Group of Montorio is organizing a choral evening on October 17, 2026, to celebrate its centenary. The event, held at the Montorio Parish Church, features performances by the Coro Brigata Alpina Julia Congedati and the Coro Scaligero dell’Alpe to honor mountain traditions and history.

Recent celebrations include the 70th anniversary of the Gruppo Alpini in Cocconato. Their weekend program featured a theatrical performance titled ‘Nessuno resti indietro’, which focused on the Battle of Nikolajewka, alongside flag raising, religious services, and monument honors.

Additionally, in Castagnaro, the Alpini of Castagnaro and Menà held a ceremony to mark their official return to their historic headquarters following an eighteen-month closure. Led by Mayor Jonathan Modenese, the event included a mass at the local parish church, a town procession, and a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
