Italian cultural expressions are being highlighted through a mix of historical traditions, contemporary music, and literature.

Regional festivities such as the Palio in Siena, the Ardia di Sedilo in Sardinia, and the Palio dei Micci in Querceta serve as communal rituals connecting modern identity to historical roots. In the music scene, the artist Lazzaro released the electropop album ‘Feste di paese’, which uses electronic sounds to explore the concept of the village festival and social connection.

Further cultural developments include the upcoming release of the Barbanera 2027 Almanac, titled ‘The Spirits of the Months’. This edition, featuring visual art by Lucamaleonte, focuses on figures from popular culture, including saints and local legends. Additionally, contemporary fiction is represented by Nicola Lagioia’s ‘Santa Barbara’ and Jonathan Bazzi’s ‘Bestiola’.
