By mid-August, construction of a new municipal nursery in Chieti Scalo’s Villaggio Mediterraneo district was nearing completion. The €2 million PNRR-funded project, designed as a Nearly Zero Energy Building (NZEB) with a photovoltaic system, is expected to be finished by the end of August. The 840-square-meter facility includes a 640-square-meter fenced outdoor play area, with a coordination meeting scheduled for 2 September to manage the building handover.
