Proposed by Erasmus Student Network (ESN) Italia and promoted by ANDISU, the initiative aims to formalize and provide visibility to the time and soft skills university students dedicate to community and associative activities. The program, developed with technical support from CINECA, will offer two types of certification: a ‘Leadership’ badge for students in coordination roles and a ‘Volunteering’ badge for general service. These digital badges are intended to help students showcase skills such as teamwork, project coordination, and problem-solving on professional platforms like LinkedIn and in job applications. ANDISU is currently seeking formal approval to include the logo of the Ministry of University and Research on the badges.
