Regarding system access, the portal will temporarily suspend access after August 31, 2026, to facilitate technical updates for the 2026/2027 school year. While the 2024/25 residual funds must be spent by the August 31 deadline, the 383-euro credit for the 2025/26 school year will remain in the user's balance.

Teachers are advised to monitor their electronic wallets to distinguish between different credit years, as varying expiration rules apply. Specifically, those retiring or ceasing service as of September 1 must be cautious to avoid losing access to ordinary credits.
