The production company, IESSI Entertainment, stated the decision was made due to heavy rains and predicted wind, aiming to prioritize the safety of the audience, artist, and crew. Following the announcement, fans expressed significant dissatisfaction. While tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date, attendees reported financial losses related to travel and accommodation. Major fan pages, including the “I Love Sangalo” page with over 860,000 followers, suspended activities to protest what they described as a lack of communication and organization from the management team. Critics have specifically targeted Bento Sangalo, the singer’s nephew and manager, alleging that his decision-making caused friction with the community. Allegations include perceived preferential treatment for social media influencers and reports of fans being blocked on social media after seeking explanations. Ivete Sangalo stated she was “consternated” by the postponement, reiterating that safety was the primary concern. ## Timeline ### 2026-10-31: Ivete Sangalo fans protest after São Paulo show postponement Ivete Sangalo's fans have suspended social media activities following the postponement of her São Paulo show to 2027, citing poor communication and management issues. 9 sources. https://clstr.news/cluster/ivete-sangalo-fans-protest-after-so-paulo-concert-postponement ### 2026-10-28: Ivete Sangalo postpones São Paulo show to 2027 Ivete Sangalo has rescheduled her São Paulo show at Parque do Ibirapuera to March 6, 2027, due to heavy rains and safety concerns regarding structure assembly. 12 sources. https://clstr.news/cluster/ivete-sangalo-postpones-so-paulo-concert-to-2027 --- Cite as: Ivete Sangalo concert postponement in São Paulo.
