Chase revealed that the sixth installment of the franchise, ‘La Noche del Demonio: Están Entre Nosotros’, was inspired by his personal anxieties regarding parenthood and the responsibility of protecting a child. The film uses supernatural elements to represent the psychological terror of vulnerability and generational trauma.

Additionally, Chase is set to direct a new film titled ‘Sleepover’ for Blumhouse Atomic Monster and Universal Pictures. Co-written with Bryce McGuire, the project is described as a ‘quintessential sleepover nightmare’ and is scheduled for theatrical release on October 8, 2027.
