Jaeger-LeCoultre has introduced the Reverso Tribute Enamel ‘Turner Series’, a limited-edition collection of four timepieces inspired by the Venetian landscapes of British painter J. M. W. Turner. The collection was debuted at the Homo Faber Biennial in Venice.

Each model is limited to ten pieces and features miniature enamel reproductions of Turner’s works on the signature swivel casebacks. These miniatures are produced in the brand’s Métiers Rares atelier, a process requiring approximately 80 hours of labor per piece. The technique involves applying 14 layers of Grand Feu enamel, including the use of silver leaf to enhance the luster of water scenes. 

The watches are housed in 18K white gold cases and utilize hand-wound caliber 822 movements with a 42-hour power reserve. The dials feature hand-guilloché patterns beneath translucent enamel in various colors.
