Missouri Tigers running back Jamal Roberts has achieved significant milestones following a 27-6 victory over Texas A&M. During the game, Roberts rushed for a career-high 222 yards and two touchdowns on 34 carries. This performance marked his second consecutive game with over 200 rushing yards, following a previous game against Florida where he recorded 211 yards and three touchdowns.

By achieving back-to-back 200-yard rushing games, Roberts became the first Missouri player and only the third SEC running back in the last 20 seasons to reach this feat, joining Derrick Henry and Leonard Fournette. Consequently, Roberts was named the SEC Co-Offensive Player of the Week. He currently leads the SEC with 828 rushing yards through six games.
