Japanese companies continue to expand merchandise releases and online lottery services for popular anime and character franchises.

On August 19, new announcements highlighted collaborations such as Alphanet’s ‘Touken Ranbu ONLINE’ and ‘SNAP GEAR’ bottle holders, and KADOKAWA’s ‘Slayers’ 35th anniversary lottery featuring illustrations by Mizu Izumi. Sega Fave introduced festival-themed ‘Hakuoki Shinkai’ goods and ‘Japanese-style cyberpunk’ items for ‘Tougen Anki’, while the ‘mofusand’ brand launched a ‘Honey Cat’ themed lottery.

Team Entertainment, a subsidiary of Edia Co., Ltd., has utilized its ‘Kujico’ service to launch multiple themed lotteries. On August 17, the company released ‘Summer Pockets’ merchandise under an ‘Aoharu Style’ theme, featuring items such as acrylic boards and tapestries. This was followed on August 21 by the ‘Hero's Adventure’ event for ‘Azur Lane Bisoku Zenshin! Ni!!’, which uses RPG-style illustrations for its collection of acrylic stands, keychains, and badges. Both services offer a random bromide bonus for customers purchasing five items.

By late August, other services also expanded their offerings. The ‘DRAW!DRAW!’ service by arma bianca announced the resale of a ‘Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei’ lottery, featuring apparel and posters. Additionally, KADOKAWA’s ‘Kujibikido’ service launched a ‘Yuzuki Yukari’ lottery running through September 24, 2026, which includes prizes like charafine graphs and acrylic mascots, with a mini-bromide bonus available for 10-set bundle purchases.
