Educational institutions in Japan have conducted various seasonal activities for students and prospective applicants. In early September, schools such as TIST Tsukuba Kenkyu Gakuen and Clark Memorial International High School hosted open campus events, online briefings, and trial lessons to engage prospective students and parents.

By late September, the focus shifted toward student-led seasonal activities. Clark Memorial International High School’s Tomakomai Campus held a sports festival featuring competitions like tug-of-war and dodgeball, while Kyoto Kogakkan High School prepared for its upcoming cultural festival, which includes club presentations and class exhibits.

In early October, seasonal activities transitioned into sports competitions and community engagement. On October 3, Shigakukan Junior and Senior High School held its annual sports festival, featuring 50-meter sprints, obstacle races, and traditional performances such as the ‘Shichu Soran’ dance. The Blue Team secured the championship, winning the Flag Award and the Cheer Award.

Additionally, student council members from Kyoto Kogakkan High School participated in an autumn festival at the nearby Komada Nursery School on October 3. Students interacted with local children by providing handmade smart ball games to foster community ties.
