Jeju Air has demonstrated significant growth and market expansion across both international and domestic routes. On its China-bound routes, the airline surpassed 5.18 million cumulative passengers as of July 2024, capturing approximately one-third of the total passenger volume handled by South Korean low-cost carriers on these routes. Passenger numbers for China routes in the first seven months of 2024 exceeded the 423,100 recorded during the same period in 2019.

Domestically, Jeju Air secured a 20.7% market share on the Gimpo-Jeju route between January and August, the highest among domestic airlines. This was supported by an increase in daily flight frequency from 22 to 26 round trips. The airline maintained a high load factor of 93.7% and has been the only domestic low-cost carrier to record over 1 million monthly passengers for eight consecutive months this year.
