Speculation regarding a relationship between BLACKPINK’s Jennie and BTS’s V has resurfaced through different accounts. Initially, rumors were reignited by comments from musician Kevin Parker, known as Tame Impala. In a video with Variety, Parker mentioned a collaborator facilitated a connection to Jennie through a mutual friend. Fans linked these comments to a 2024 sighting of Parker dining with V in Korea.

Later, a restaurant owner in Los Angeles claimed that the two idols visited the establishment last November as part of a group of eight guests. The owner stated that V was recognized by staff and Jennie provided an autograph. These claims have led to debate among fans, with some citing conflicting travel schedules to dispute the accuracy of the sighting, while others have accused the restaurant of spreading false claims for attention.
